Sunday Style

With the February chill still hanging on tight, I wrapped up warm for a Sunday stroll on my recent trip to London.

I’ve become obsessed with oversized scarfs recently and judging by the Irish weather I will be getting a lot of use out of them for at least another month!

I paired this Joules one with a G-Star cropped a bomber (a sample I was lucky enough to pick up last year) & my favourite Zara mom jeans . I completed the look with my croc Air Force 1s which I originally bought in  & Other Stories but they are available here, along with  my J.W Anderson logo purse in bordeaux.

Out with the old..

Firstly,I hope everyone enjoyed Christmas and ate 10 ten times their own body weight in Turkey sandwiches like me☺️
As the new year creeps up on us I can’t help but reminisce on the great year in fashion that was 2013. I’ve chosen some of my favorite campaigns of the year (as seen below). Do you agree? Or am I missing some essentials?

Working 9 to 5

So finally summer has arrived ( better late than never right?). And while the weekends can be spent catching up with friends over drinks in the park the Monday blues have never been so bad. One of the few downsides to this lovely weather is choosing correct office attire. While you don’t want to rock up to work scantily clad, you don’t want to be too warm and feeling stuffy all day. So I’ve picked out 3 different weather friendly outfits for the office, including a summer twist on the power suit.

The City of Counts

]I’m back!As you may have noticed I have not updated my blog in over a month! This is down to an unforeseen move to a new flat, a useless broadband company and a hectic work month. But I’m back:-)
After all that I decided to head to Primavera festival last week, in my favourite city, Barcelona.
I go as often as I can & each trip I enjoy even more. Below I have posted some photos of the places I believe are essential to see in any trip to the city.
The sun was kind enough to come out so I finally got to try out some festival and spring outfits!

Military Time

Even though the weather continues to act otherwise, it is in fact Spring. Thus I am marching on with all things SS13 despite the lack of sunshine.
A personal favourite SS13 trend of mine is the Military look. It was seen on catwalks from Band of Ousiders to MaxMara and the great thing about this trend is it can provide with an extra, stylish layer until its time to break out the floral dresses and bandeau tops!
If you don’t want to splash out on a new jacket or tailored trousers (or simply feel you look a bit G.I Jane) you can add a spalsh of the military trend to your outfit with some cheap and cheerful accessories too.
